Vegan? Are all of your products vegan?
Yes, 100%. We are vegan and everything we bake is vegan. Our home and kitchen are vegan too.
Delivery? How will my order be sent?
All orders are sent Royal Mail First Class post, unless you choose to pay an extra £5.00 for Royal Mail Special Delivery. First Class post is usually a next-day service but sometimes can take up to 2 days to arrive. Blissful Pig Vegan Bakery despatch days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Special Delivery is guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm from despatch day (not your day of order). Please choose this option at checkout.
When will my order be posted?
Our posting days are Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. You choose which day you would like your yummies posting when you checkout.
Allergies. What about allergens?
Everything we bake is vegan, which means that there are no eggs or dairy products used EVER! Nuts are present within the kitchen and used within some products. All products contain soya and wheat/gluten and at present there are no gluten or soya free products available. If you need to check anything or need more information please do not hesitate to contact us.
Eco? How will my goods be packaged?
All goods are wrapped in FSC Certified, certified compostable and unbleached totally chlorine-free greaseproof paper and lovingly placed in an environmentally green box. The packaging boxes are compostable but we promote recycling as cardboard can be recycled multiple times and have several ‘lives’. All stickers and paper are recyclable too.
How long will they stay fresh?
Once you receive your goodies, we recommend that you pop them into an airtight container to keep them fresher for longer. By doing this they should last for up to a week at room temperature. Our customers tell us that they keep brilliantly for about 3 months in the freezer.
Do you offer refunds?
As all of our goods are made freshly to order and are perishable, refunds are not offered. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your delivery and ensure that you have given your address correctly, please double check at checkout. Refunds or replacements will only be considered when goods have been lost in the post or damaged in transit so much so that they are unfit for consumption.
